Hi friends! My name is Layla English and I have been lashing in the Hampton Roads area for about 5 years now. I specialize in customized, high quality lash extensions, and advanced volume techniques. I am a licensed Cosmetologist in Virginia, Xtreme Advanced Certified in Omni Volume, and provide extension products and retail exclusively Xtreme by Jo Mousselli at the boutique. Cancellation Policy
LaylaLashes is by appointment only. To book an appointment a card on file is required. At least 24 hour notice is needed for cancelling or rescheduling of appointments. I understand life comes up, but if a cancellation is made under 24 hours, 50% percent of the service booked will be charged. All no call no shows will be charged 100% of the service. Not providing proper notice eliminates the ability to fill your space with clients on the waitlist. Please arrive to your appointment on time and makeup free. In order to provide the best service to my ability, arrival past 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled with a late cancellation fee.
